Books and Birthdays

So, last week, Jeremy, Mickey, and I went to the Public Library. I finally got a new library card to replace the one that got stolen in my purse.... when i was 10. 

So, that tells you how long ago it was when I went to the library! We also went downstairs and looked in the book mart and I got 6 books for $1.50! :) (because it is 25 cents per inch of books)

After our trip to the Library, I was inspired to make a Kindle Cover for myself that would be more my style. VERY BOOK-ISH( No. That is not a word. I just made it up.) So here is the finished result!

 Last weekend, we went to Jackson to celebrate Laiken's Birthday! Here are a couple pictures of our first Build-A-Bear Experience!

Then, on Wednesday was Laiken's Spa Barbie Birthday Party.

Dad was in charge of painting the birthday girls nails! :)

Trips Around Mississippi and Down Memory Lane

So, since my last post, Jeremy and I have been a few places.

We went to Cleveland to check on things and take care of business, etc. While we were there, we went to Hey Joe's! :) And they got some great new marketing strategies that I am going to share on here because I really REALLY like them! :)

 to hold up for what you need! (such a great idea!)

After that, we went to THE LAST HARRY POTTER MOVIE EVER! I know. We were kind of sad and nostalgic. We both grew up with the Harry Potter books and movies and were excited to see the last movie finally come to theaters, but we were also very sad for the whole things to come to an end. It is like a small piece of our childhood has ended, pushing us farther into adulthood and "growing up". 

And here we are at our last Harry Potter!

Then, this past weekend, I went to Starkville with Jenny and met all of her friends there. That was interesting but still VERY fun! :) Here are a few snapshots from our time there!

A Wedding And A Funeral (minus the funeral)

So we've been SUPER busy this past weekend! Friday we went to Jackson for Renee and Aaron's rehearsal and rehearsal dinner. It was fun and the food was great! :) (that and we decorated the church and reception hall to get everything ready for Saturday!)

While we were in Jackson, we hopped on over to the Best Buy in Madison and I had forgotten that they have awesome parking. The front parking spots are Reserved For Fuel Efficient Vehicles Only (I.e. Our Camry!) :)




Saturday we were VERY VERY busy doing wedding stuff and I took photos but I'll put some of those up later! (here is an iPhone snapshot to hold you over until then)




Then, Sunday we went to a BBQ for Renee and Aaron!

We went to Jackson Monday to the Hobby Lobby and Jeremy found a Centurion Hat(Rory Pond Style)!




And yesterday we went to see Renee and Aaron off as they left to move all of Renee's stuff to North Carolina!




We are really gonna miss her but we are so happy for her and Aaron. :) WE LOVE YOU, RENEE!! ( you too Aaron :) )

Shop Kicking and Hanging Out

He wears a bowtie now. Bowties are cool. :)

Beach/Summer Fun ! :)

Well, it is our last morning at the beach! I have a couple Photos of our fun and that's about it for now! We had a good time and also saw the houses we rented for the wedding next year and found the restaurant for the reception after! So excited :)

School Is Over (For Now)

So, I haven't written in a while because I was working on final projects and studying for final exams, etc. Anyway, I am now home(Jeremy is too). We got our grades back this week and I got all As except my exercise class which is a one hour credit based on attendance (and I hurt my foot). So with my other 18 hours I have a 3.94 this semester! Yay! Not to shabby! :)
Well, other than that not to much eventful has happened.... :/ we are going to start exercising today. We are going to walk in the National Military Park in a little bit. Then, the boys(Mickey and Jeremy) are going to swim while I lay by the pool and get some much needed sun! :)
